BOMBARDING THE REGOLITH
stagnating species only regress
until the fire for freedom burn in our breast
(ignites in our chest)
hell bent on surviving on others for life
as conquering systems you claim your birthright
paving all pastures that reach to the sky
plunders your right and our right to die
the songs of the sietches sing to the end
of all Beast Rabbans and watersalesmen
(our) people in poverty means wealth for the few
our storm is coming, we come for you
those who cry "Jacurutu" can have their desert
those who side with the past can live in wastelands
those who cry "Jacurutu" can have their desert
stagnating species bring wealth for the few
our storm is coming, we come for you
all sun makes a desert.
but water is life, our lives we reclaim this planet of desert will one day be green . on ashes of empires destined to fall the freedom we build is our chance to evolve

I thought Black Table's "Obelisk" was a top 10 extreme metal release of 2016. This EP from 2012 is a bit less experimental but I think just as amazing. Wonderful, complicated guitar parts, progressive bass lines that you can hear, very clean and clear drums that do not muddy up the music, and some of the most unique shrieky vocals ever. I don't know if it's Black Metal...there are aspects of it that remind of Minsk or Rwake...so I think of it as progressive blackened sludge. MindOverFour

An outstanding Extreme doom death album, in the best tradition. The funerary atmosphere reminds of Evoken ('Centuries of ooze" bears striking similarities, for my delight). It is overall sharp, dark, hypnotic and unrelenting. One of those rare convincing new bands that hold proud the legacy of the biggest names. Bertrand Marchal

never been a big death metal fan but this is actually super accessible for the genre, has fun concepts, and personally i'm always a fan of albums with short tracklists and huge runtimes (for individual songs) Great time, good jumping on point for newbies too. alienasu
